    Smoothies are one of the best options out there for a quick and easy meal on-the-go or for a hassle-free breakfast. Not to mention the fact that nothing helps beat the summer heat like a tasty frozen beverage, especially one that you can enjoy guilt-free!

    With smoothies you can create endless flavor combinations to fit any kind of taste preferences. One of my favorites is my simple Mixed Berry Smoothie! I love the sweet yet tart flavors of the mixed berries paired with yogurt, chia seed, and maple syrup to really start my day off with a flavorful kick!

    My simple smoothie recipe is super easy to follow along with and will only take about 7 minutes. That’s perfect for anyone who needs a simple and fast breakfast solution! Ready to start your day the tasty way? Here’s how to make my easy Mixed Berry Smoothie.

    To make a mixed berry smoothie, all you need is: frozen mixed berries, vanilla yogurt, ground chia seed, maple syrup, some fresh berries, and a blender. First, add the frozen berries, yogurt, chia seed, and maple syrup into a blender. Secure the lid and blend the ingredients for 5 minutes. Next, fill 2 glasses with the mixed berry smoothie. Garnish the smoothies with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Finish the glasses with straws, serve, and enjoy!

    Now let’s talk about these sensational smoothie ingredients! I only need 4 ingredients for this smoothie recipe but I do love to garnish my smoothies with fresh fruit so I included my favorite garnishes. Here’s what I use to make my mixed berry smoothie:

    Smoothie:

    • 2 cups mixed berries– frozen
    • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
    • 1 tbsp Ground chia seed
    • 2 tbsp Maple syrup

    Garnishes:

    • Fresh strawberries
    • Fresh Blueberries
    • fresh raspberries
    • Fresh blackberries

    How to Make a Mixed Berry Smoothie

    Now let’s move on to making this berry good smoothie! There’s nothing complicated to expect here, just a simple smoothie recipe. Perfect for pros and beginners alike! Here’s how to make my easy mixed berry smoothie:

    1. First, measure out the berry smoothie ingredients with a measuring cup and spoons.
    2. Then, add the frozen mixed berries, vanilla yogurt, ground chia seed, and maple syrup into the blender.
    3. Close and secure the blender lid and blend the ingredients together for 5 minutes.
    4. Prepare 2 serving glasses.
    5. Then, fill each glass with the mixed berry smoothie mixture.
    6. Begin garnishing the smoothies with fresh strawberries.
    7. Then, garnish with as many fresh blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries as your heart desires.
    8. Finally, finish the smoothies with some cute straws, serve, and enjoy!
