First, blend the oats by themselves. Then add in all of the remaining ingredients and blend everything together for 2-3 minutes. Pour the smoothie evenly into 2 glasses, garnish with fresh strawberry slices, and enjoy!

- 1 tbsp Ground chia seed
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 ripe banana – sliced
- 1/4 cup Oatmeal Quick Oats
Fresh Garnish:
- 1 Fresh strawberry – sliced
