- 3 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 16 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Pistachios whole, shelled

- ⅓ cup Pistachios chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
