- Prepare a cutting board, disposable gloves, wet kitchen towel, and a large knife for cutting the fudge.
- Remove the hardened fudge from the fridge.
- Take out the fudge from its liner, whether it’s parchment paper or foil, making sure to remove it completely.
- Adjust your 5-wheel pastry cutter to the size of your fudge.Lightly score the fudge with the 5-wheel pastry cutter, just enough to see where you need to cut.
- Turn the fudge block 90 degrees and score again to create even squares.
- If you are using a cheesecake pan for your fudge, you can skip this and the next steps. Otherwise, cut the edges if you used a regular baking pan with round corners.
- With the edges neatly squared, the fudge block is now ready to be cut into smaller pieces.
- Cut the fudge block along the scored lines, wiping the knife with a wet kitchen towel after each cut.
- Turn the fudge block 90 degrees and push the pieces back together. Finish cutting the fudge using the scored guidelines.
- Now, you can enjoy perfect pieces of fudge!
