One of the best inventions by far, in this busy mother’s opinion, is the instant pot! This bad boy has been a huge lifesaver for me more times than I can count! After long chaotic days, it’s the best feeling in the world to do just a little bit of food prep then let the pressure cooker do the rest of the work and still have dinner ready in under 30 minutes.
