Making my Oven Baked Meatballs is a lot easier and quicker than you would expect. Plus I have a few tips to make your homemade meatball experience super simple and pretty much mess-free! I know that sounds impossible but you’ll see what I mean.
First, let me note that I prefer to use parchment paper over a silicone mat here. I know silicone is the reusable choice, but when it comes to cooking meat or greasy things, parchment paper is the way to go because it will help absorb some of the grease.
And second, there are 2 simple kitchen tools that will change your meatball game: a potato masher and a dough scoop. Simply use the potato masher to mix the ingredients together and use the dough scoop to shape perfectly round meatballs very quickly. No need to get your hands dirty!
Another bonus? This is a perfect recipe to make a double batch of and freeze some for an easy dinner later on. Ready to try out the magic of homemade meatballs? Here’s how to make my easy and mess-free Oven Baked Meatballs!
