Football season is here, and you know what that means…snacks! Endless, glorious, scrumptious homemade appetizers and snacks as far as the eye can see! Even for those of us who are not the biggest sports fans, the snacking season is a good enough reason to get excited anyway.
One of the most staple sports party appetizers is deviled eggs. But for my football house party, I wanted to take it a bit further and make complimentary Football Deviled Eggs! These scrumptious snacks are super easy to make, don’t require anything special, and are literally the perfect party food!
All it takes to make these tasty football snacks is just a little tweaking to the traditional recipe and you’re all set for the best Super Bowl party ever! Ready to get the snacking party, oops, I mean the football party started? Then let’s dive right in! Here’s how to make my easy Football Deviled Eggs!
To make easy football deviled eggs, all you need is: hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, chives, and some kitchen utensils. Start by peeling the hard-boiled eggs, then cut them all in half lengthwise. Next, scoop all of the cooked yolks into a mixing bowl . Add in the mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly. Then, transfer the filling into a piping bag fitted with a piping tip. Pipe the deviled egg filling into the empty egg whites. Then, cut the chives in several 1 inch and ⅓ inch pieces. Finally, arrange the chives on top of each deviled egg to look like football lacing. Serve and enjoy!
