Arina Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data that may be associated with you when you use our website arinaphotography.com or interact with our Facebook / Meta app or related Facebook features.
This page is provided to meet Meta’s requirement that apps accessing user data offer a way for people to request that their data be deleted.
How to request deletion of your data
To request that we delete your personal data, please email us at:
Please use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address you used on our site or with Facebook
- Your Facebook / Meta user ID (if you know it), or a description of how you interacted with our Facebook app or page
- A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted
What we will do
After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data we hold about you that is within our control, such as:
- Contact form submissions
- Newsletter / email list records (where applicable)
- Comments or messages you submitted on our website (where applicable)
- Any user information we received from Facebook / Meta in connection with our app, to the extent we stored it
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more time (for example, to confirm your identity), we will let you know.
What we may retain
We may retain limited information when we are legally required to do so, or when it is needed to resolve disputes, enforce our policies, or meet security and fraud-prevention needs. In those cases, we will limit retention to what is reasonably necessary.
Data held by Facebook / Meta
Some information is controlled by Facebook / Meta, not by Arina Photography. To manage or delete data held by Meta (for example, app permissions, activity off Meta technologies, or information associated with your Facebook account), please use Meta’s own tools:
