Most of us parents have been faced with the challenge of trying to have a successfully smooth s’mores night with little ones running around. Between fighting to open the pack of marshmallows, maintaining the bonfire, and trying to keep up with the kids and all of the marshmallow sticks at the same time, it can be quite difficult to keep up with everything! Not to mention, you can only help roast so many marshmallows or build so many s’mores at one time. But I have a helpful method to share that will make it so much easier on you to successfully make several s’mores all at the same time! I’m talking about these delightfully easy Grilled S’mores!

This grilled s’mores method is absolutely perfect not only for making a whole batch of s’mores at one time, but it also prevents any struggles of trying to juggle excited kids holding marshmallow sticks while keeping up with the bonfire. This method also comes in handy for when you have several friends and family over for cookouts or gatherings on the patio. You can quickly whip up a whole batch for a small crowd in no time and with no hassle! Once you give this easy grilled s’mores method a try, I wouldn’t be too surprised if it becomes your new favorite way to cook those delectable sweet treats!

Just build your s’mores on a foil- lined grilling tray and heat over the grill until melted. Top with fresh berries and finish with another graham cracker.

    • 1 cup Fresh blackberries
    • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
    • graham crackers – halved
    • Star shaped chocolate graham crackers
    • Large Marshmallows
    • HERSHEY’S Chocolate Bars – halved

Now we can move on to making the melty, marshmallowy magic happen! Time for me to break down these steps so you can be on your way to making everyone melt with a batch of these super fun and easy grilled s’mores!

    1. First, gather up and prepare your s’mores ingredients. Preheat your grill.
      1. To make this process run quickly and smoothly I unwrap and set everything out in a serving tray that makes it easier to grab each food item.
    2. Next, wrap the grilling tray in cooking foil. This is going to get a bit messy!
    3. Then, start layering the s’mores ingredients on top of the foil- lined tray. Start with the graham crackers or chocolate graham stars, then layer the bars of chocolate and top with a marshmallow. Position the tray of s’mores on the top shelf of the gas grill.
    4. When the chocolate and marshmallows have heated up nicely and melt slightly, remove them from the grill and transfer to a serving tray.
    5. Finally, top your grilled s’mores with the strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and complete it with another graham cracker. Serve and enjoy!

    Storage note:
