    Equipment

    • Saucepan
    • Blending whisk

    Ingredients
      

    • ½ Cup Sugar
    • ¼ Cup Baking Cocoa
    • 1 Dash Salt
    • ⅓ Cup Hot Water
    • 4 Cups Milk
    • ¾ tsp Vanilla Extract

    Toppings

    • Large Marshmallows
    • Ground Cinnamon
    • Chocolate Chips
    • Whipped Cream
    • Sprinkles

    Instructions
     

    • In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add water, and bring to a boil. Stir for 2 minutes.

    • Stir in the milk, and heat to serving temperature. (Don’t boil at this point)
    • Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Whisk until frothy.
