Instructions
First, measure out 4 cups of cold water and 2 tbsp of the Ball Fruit Fresh Produce Protector with the measuring cup and spoons.
Pour the water into a large glass bowl.
Then, pour in the fresh fruit protector powder.
Whisk the ingredients together until they’re completely combined.
Push the apple slices into the water and let them soak for about 5 minutes.
Next, scoop the apple slices out with a spider strainer and rinse under cold water.
Finally, transfer the slices to an airtight container or Ziploc bag for storage. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
