First, measure out all the ingredients with the measuring cup and spoons.
Then, fill the saucepan 1/3 way full of water and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
Once simmering, reduce the heat to low.
Next, carefully position a large glass bowl in the saucepan over the boiling water.
Pour the chocolate chips, condensed milk, vanilla, and butter into the glass bowl.
Continuously stir the mixture with a spatula until the chocolate chips have completely melted.
Keep stirring until the fudge mixture is smooth and all the ingredients have melted together.Keep the saucepan of boiling water hot.
Next, line a glass baking dish with parchment paper that has been cut at each of the 4 corners to fit into the pan.
Then, scoop the fudge into the lined baking pan and spread it around as smoothly as possible.
Set the fudge aside while you work on the next part.
Then, position another clean glass bowl in the pan over the simmering water.
Add in the peanut butter chips and melt them for about 10 minutes.
Continuously stir the chips, so they melt evenly and smoothly.
Next, pour the melted peanut butter chips over the chocolate fudge and make swirls using a knife.
Refrigerate the swirled fudge for at least 2 hours, but it’s best to leave them overnight.
After chilling, grab your cutting materials.
Set the wheels on the 5 Wheel Dough Cutter 1.5 inches apart.
Then, remove the fudge from the fridge, pan, and parchment paper.
Use the dough cutter to score, or mark out, straight lines going across the fudge vertically. If you don’t have a multi-wheel dough cutter, here is how to make a template with parchment paper: How to Cut Fudge into Perfect Squares.
Repeat the scoring process horizontally. You should have perfect squares lined out.
Then, heat a large knife blade in boiling hot water. Wipe it with a paper towel and cut off the uneven edges.Repeat the knife heating and wiping process before each cut.
With covered hands, start cutting the fudge into columns following the lines.
Repeat all the way across the fudge.
Then, repeat the heating and cutting process down the fudge following the scored lines.
You should have perfectly square, even fudge pieces.

Storing FudgeTo store fudge: first, wrap it securely in parchment paper or transfer it to an airtight container. Then, label the date on the outside of the wrapping and store it at room temperature for up to 2-3 weeks. To freeze uncut fudge: first, grab a freezer-safe Ziploc bag and label the date on the outside. Transfer the block of fudge to the bag and release the extra air while sealing the bag closed. Store the fudge in the freezer for 2-3 months. Move the frozen fudge to the fridge to thaw for 2 days before cutting and serving.
