Gather all your ingredients and have them measured and prepared for the process.
Set your candy melting pot to high heat and place your white chocolate chips in it.
As the chocolate chips start to melt, stir them using a silicone spatula. Ensure all chips have completely melted and the chocolate has a smooth consistency.
Carefully transfer the melted chocolate into a silicone dipping cup and let it cool down for about 10 minutes.
While the chocolate is cooling, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Once the chocolate has cooled, dip a pretzel rod into the melted chocolate. Ensure it's fully coated but shake off any excess chocolate. Place the candy cane coated pretzel rod onto the parchment paper.Immediately after dipping, sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the chocolate-covered pretzel rod before the chocolate hardens.
Repeat this process with the remaining pretzel rods.
Allow the chocolate to harden by refrigerating the pretzel rods for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can leave them on the counter for around 30 minutes.
Once the chocolate has hardened, gently peel the chocolate-covered rods from the parchment paper.
