First, remove the fudge from the pan by pulling on the parchment paper.
Then, grab a freezer-safe Ziploc bag and label the date on the outside with a black sharpie.
Lastly, transfer the block of fudge to the ziploc bag and seal the bag closed while pushing out the extra air. Store the fudge in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Before serving, transfer the frozen fudge to the fridge to thaw for 2 days.
