Instructions
First, preheat a non- stick, medium- sized frying pan over medium heat.
Next, drop the shredded coconut into the preheated pan.
Then, try to spread the coconut out in a thin and even layer so the flakes can toast evenly.
Continue stirring the coconut flakes frequently with a heat resistant silicone spatula.
After a few minutes, the coconut flakes will reach a beautiful golden brown color which means they are ready!
Finally, transfer the toasted coconut flakes to a serving bowl for easy topping or serving.
