Instructions
Measure and prepare all the ingredients.
Pour the stock, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and flour into a medium-sized nonstick saucepan.
Cook on medium heat, mixing with a blending whisk while cooking.
Continue mixing until all ingredients are combined and no more flour lumps are left. Increase the heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
Continue mixing with the blending whisk until the sauce reaches a smooth consistency.
Allow the sauce to cool.
Transfer the sauce to a jar. Enjoy your homemade Swedish meatball sauce!
