First, measure out your ingredients into small glass mixing bowls. Then, heat a small saucepan with a pouring lip over medium heat and drop in the butter, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and heavy cream.
Stir until chocolate chips melt.
Finally, pour the glaze into a heat safe container and let it cool entirely before drizzling over the bundt cake.
Notes
All baked goods need to be completely cool before pouring glaze on them. If you try to glaze pastries that are still warm the glaze will not stick, it will only slide off.
After pouring the chocolate glaze on baked goods, allow them to sit until the glaze sets and forms a thin crust layer. This can take up to 2 hours at room temperature.
Allow glazed sweets to dry completely before wrapping in plastic wrap and store them in a cool, dark place.
