Instructions
Spray the inside of each mug with cooking spray so nothing sticks.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, salt, baking soda, and Nutella until smooth.
Divide the batter evenly between two microwave-safe mugs.
Microwave one mug at a time for 1.5 minutes—no peeking!
Let each cake cool for about 5 minutes before adding toppings.
Top with whipped cream, a swirl of Nutella, or a couple of those chocolate hearts and lips if you're feeling extra festive.
