Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a nonstick cooking pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring berries occasionally.
After berries start boiling, simmer for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and cool completely.

Refrigerate for up to 7 days.
Use fork or potato masher to mash fruits for smoother compote consistency.
