Instructions
Making Pancakes
Measure and prepare the ingredients for the pancake recipe.
In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
Using a blending whisk, mix the ingredients together until all the flour lumps are broken and everything is well combined.
In a large bowl, break the eggs.
Add the eggnog, canola oil, and eggnog extract.
Whisk the ingredients together using a blending whisk.
Add the brown sugar to the egg mixture.
Whisk everything again.
Add the flour mixture to the egg and sugar mixture.
Mix everything together using the blending whisk.
Preheat a skillet on medium heat.
Spray cooking oil over the preheated skillet.
Using a dough scoop, add the pancake batter to the skillet.
When the pancakes are golden brown, flip them using a silicone spatula.
Wipe the skillet with a paper towel and repeat the process, starting with greasing the skillet.
Making Eggnog Caramel Sauce
Measure and prepare the sauce ingredients.
In a medium bowl, combine the eggnog and caramel sauce.
Whisk the ingredients together using a blending whisk.
Putting everything together
Gently transfer ground nutmeg into a small sifter.
Drizzle the eggnog caramel sauce on top of the stack of pancakes.
Sift nutmeg on top.
