First, use the measuring cup and spoons to measure out and prepare your ingredients.
Next, bring out the cutting board and a kitchen knife.
Set the 2 slices of sourdough bread on the cutting board stacked on top of each other.
Then, cut both slices in half. Lay the 4 bread pieces out to make 2 sandwiches.
Next, spread some hummus on top of each piece of bread.
Follow that up with 1 slice of swiss cheese for each sandwich.
Then, layer on a few slices of the thin ham on top of the cheese.
Add a few slices of cucumber on top of the ham.
Next, pile on about ½ cup of fresh sprouts on each sandwich.
Close each sandwich with its other half.
Finally, serve, enjoy, and devour your ham, cucumber, and sprout sandwich!
