First, measure out the mango boba smoothie ingredients with the measuring cup and spoons.
Then, add the water to a 6-quart cooking pot.
Over high heat, bring the water to a boil.
Once boiling, pour in the uncooked boba pearls.
Then, reduce the heat to medium and cook the boba pearls for 15 minutes. While cooking be sure to stir them continuously to keep the pearls from sticking together.
Next, turn the heat off completely and close the lid of the pot. Let the boba pearls steep for another 15 minutes.
Then, position a fine mesh strainer in a large mixing bowl.
Drain and rinse the boba pearls thoroughly.
Next, transfer the rinsed boba to a clean mixing bowl.

Notes
Boba Smoothie Serving and Storage: Smoothies should be served and enjoyed immediately after making. Cooked boba pearls should always be consumed within 8-10 hours of being cooked. On their own, boba pearls need to be kept at room temperature or even a bit warmer, if possible. Do not store boba pearls in the refrigerator or freezer!
