First, gather up and prepare your s’mores ingredients.To make this process run quickly and smoothly I like to unwrap everything and set all my ingredients out, like in my S’mores Charcuterie Board. This makes it way easier to grab each food item as I need it.
Next, set out the tools that you will be needing for this project so they are within reach. Position a few graham crackers, or chocolate graham stars, on a plate or serving tray and top each one with some of the chocolate bars.
Then, stick a marshmallow on one of the roasting sticks and use the kitchen torch to very carefully toast and brown the marshmallow.If you’re experienced using a kitchen torch then you can try doing a few of these at one time but I do not recommend this for beginners.
As soon as the marshmallow is ready, stick it on top of one of the chocolate bars and immediately follow up with the fresh berries.
Repeat the process until all of the fruity s’mores are ready for serving!
