First, gather up and prepare your s’mores ingredients. Preheat your grill.To make this process run quickly and smoothly I unwrap and set everything out in a serving tray that makes it easier to grab each food item.
Next, wrap the grilling tray in cooking foil. This is going to get a bit messy!
Then, start layering the s’mores ingredients on top of the foil- lined tray. Start with the graham crackers or chocolate graham stars, then layer the bars of chocolate and top with a marshmallow. Position the tray of s’mores on the top shelf of the gas grill.
When the chocolate and marshmallows have heated up nicely and melt slightly, remove them from the grill and transfer to a serving tray.
Finally, top your grilled s’mores with the strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and complete it with another graham cracker. Serve and enjoy!
