A similar pan was good as a non-stick, but pour spouts vented the pan with the lid on. Consequently, top side or center of food like omelettes, mushrooms and fried eggs did not cook without flipping in the pan.

I almost always have an egg white omelette with spinach, mixed veggies or mushrooms mixed in. Sometimes I add ricotta cheese as filling, fold over, cover and let cook. They come out great. They don't burn, but they are never cold or uncooked in the middle.
The eggs lift out clean with a spatula and I can put in a sausage patty and cook it without having to wash out the pan it pick up bits of residue. When done, the pan and lid wash clean, using just dish detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. I'm happy.

Non stick induction!
Reasonably priced pan for induction stoves! I have the smaller model but wanted something larger. Used it today and it was awesome! Needed to be able to make a family meal - I hate dirtying more than one pan. This worked out well. Stir fry. Plenty of room for the veggies and the tofu. Very please with these pans!Easy to assemble - it even includes a real screwdriver. Not some cheapie. This had a coated tip so nothing would get damaged. Impressive!I recommend

It cooks great, stove top and oven. Cleans up like a dream.
I loved the skillet so much I got the grill. I use both every day, my husband's egg and what ever meat I cook him. The grill, my eggs or french toast, or pancakes and grilled cheese for lunch.
I love them both so much I got my nephew and his bride both for a wedding gift. Then I got both my girls the grill for this past Christmas.
I have not heard any complaints.
The only thing I have a problem with is, if you look at the picture I posted the skillet has cut marks in it. Not to happy with that. This is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars
