I bought this from who foods to make Tiramisu as I couldn't find Mascarpone cheese in the neighborhood stores. These are perfect for making Tiramisu cake.
I've tried a lot of different marscapones lately, and I think this is my favorite overall. It doesn't have a strong flavor. It is a little firmer than most others I've had, which can make it easier to work with, and makes it a good choice if you're going to mix in something that is liquidy.
I once saw a movie about a man transported through time from the seventeenth century to the present. He prepared strawberries sliced down the middle and dipped in mascarpone to illustrate how much care was once put into food and its presentation.
